• Truckstop nearing completion

    The new £13m+ truckstop facility at Waterbrook Park, Ashford, Kent is nearing completion. William G Dick Partnership LLP is acting as Employer's Agent on the building contract, which includes a lorry park for over 650 vehicles and an onsite 2-storey facility building comprising a ground floor dining room, kitchen, gymnasium, toilets and showers for lorry park users and a 1st floor of commercial offices. The works are due to complete in May 2020.

    The refurbishment, restoration works and extensions to the existing Georgian farmhouse and Suffolk barn is almost complete. William G Dick Partnership LLP acted as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on the £5m+ building contract

    A refresh of offices, meeting rooms, hubs and reception was recently completed for 3i plc at their HQ in Palace Street London. William G Dick Partnership was Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor

  • Completion of Pilot Training Facility in Crawley

    Fitting out of an existing building of over 100 000 square feet to form a new pilot training facility for CAE Training and Services UK Limited was completed successfully in December 2019. The £15 million+ construction project included the formation of bays to incorporate 18 flight simulators, the construction of a new mezzanine floor to accommodate classrooms, meeting rooms and briefing rooms and new kitchen and café facilities. We acted as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor.

  • Almshouses roof repairs completed

    November 22, 2019

    Remedial works completed on time and within budget. The existing roof timbers had to be repaired or replaced , whilst the terrace of residences was cocooned under a temporary roof. The main contractor, Owlsworth LLP, engaged their specialist conservation craftsmen to carry out these works. The construction works took 8 months to complete and the contract value was c£390 000.00.
